Antique White Laid (IDP
Antique White Laid (IDP) 90gsm narrow ribbed laid.
High wet strength, alkali resistant and mould proof.
High quality label paper designed for bottle, jar and can labelling and prestige product labelling requiring a subtle ‘textured’ surface.
Due to the stiffness of the material use with care on small diameter applications e.g. bottlenecks, trial sheets are recommended for assessment.

Adhesive Guide
Adhesive PERMANENT
Aqueous acrylic emulsion adhesive.
Minimum application temperature: +5°C Temperature range: -20°C to +100°C
Chill grade - ideal for sandwich/chilled food labelling.
Designed for laminates in a wide range of applications.
Very good heat resistance which enables trouble free performance in different hot fusing print processes.
Good adhesion to cardboard and low energy (e.g. plastic bags) surfaces.
Good ‘all round’ permanent adhesive.
Use Extra Permanent adhesive where higher initial tack is required particularly on tightly curved surfaces and packaging containing a high degree of recycled printers waste pulp.
Approved for indirect food contact and direct contact on dry and moist non-fatty foods. The adhesive conforms to the EN71-3 (Toy Safety) Regulations & Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations.
No heavy metals are used in the manufacturing process and typical contents are less than 1ppm.
Adhesive REMOVABLE
Aqueous rubber emulsion adhesive.
Minimum application temperature: -10°C Temperature range: -30°C to +80°C
A general purpose removable designed for safe use .
Please be aware that under certain conditions removable adhesive can turn permanent. Always test if unsure
Removable adhesive can be used as a deep freeze grade providing the labels are applied to dry goods at room temperature.
EXTRA PERMANENT
Aqueous acrylic emulsion adhesive.
Enhanced adhesive coating weight to produce higher initial tack and adhesive bond strength for labelling difficult surfaces e.g. tightly curved surfaces and packaging containing a high degree of recycled printers waste pulp.
Chill grade. Minimum application temperature: +5°C Temperature range: -10°C to +80°C
Designed for laminates in a wide range of applications.
Very good heat resistance which enables trouble free performance in different hot fusing print processes. Excellent adhesion to cardboard and low energy (e.g. plastic bags) surfaces.
Good ‘all round’ high tack permanent adhesive. Approved for indirect food contact.
The adhesive conforms to the EN71-3 (Toy Safety) Regulations & Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations.
No heavy metals are used in the manufacturing process and typical contents are less than 1ppm.
DEEP FREEZE
Aqueous acrylic emulsion adhesive.
Minimum application temperature: 0°C Temperature range: -50°C to +60°C
Designed for adhesion to goods to be deep frozen.
Labelling of already frozen goods should be handled with care and the surface should be free of ice and moisture. The acrylic adhesive is designed for safe use in hot fusing toner laser and copier printing. It is possible to use the adhesive as a ‘semi-permanent’ for some applications at room temperature.
